The Grandton - Applecross

Grandton Applecross is the first of its kind in Australia.

Finally, for the first time, residents can live in their own home and receive a varied level of care from home care to aged care and everything in between.

The Grandton development, located within Applecross, comprises of 80 strata titled ‘Independent Living Units’ within a Retirement Village that are designed to adapt to residents’ future needs.

The residences are complemented with a comprehensive array of amenities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, gym facilities, cinema room, lounges, BBQ dining areas at the rooftop garden, and a 10-bed private care facility which is owned and operated by a local care provider.

As the requirements for the furniture was bespoke, our Interiors team designed the common area furniture which was later manufactured in Western Australia. In terms of the overall design there was very little that didn’t have some sort of style input which resulted in common areas and apartment interiors that exuded functional style. This meant that our new owners could feel truly at home.
