Establishing a reputation for functional, high-quality developments under the Norup+Wilson name. This pioneering approach to practical living solutions built the foundation for what would become the WS Collective ethos.

Who we are today
WS Collective is a boutique umbrella company located in Perth, Western Australia.
The careers of the directors Dave Wilson and Helen Wilson have been diverse, and the WS Collective epitomises that diversity. Whilst property development has been at the core, it also operates within the Hospitality, Interior Design and Technology sectors.
This is unique as it allows us the opportunity to develop, design and operate facilities as a whole-of-life development cycle. Past developments range from high-rise development to boutique homes and everything in between.
