WS Collective was founded by Dave and Helen Wilson, who are passionate about all aspects of property development.
Dave Wilson
Dave co-founded Norup+Wilson and has been involved in the creation of several large scale developments in Perth.
Dave has a knack for helping projects stay on budget whilst still pushing the boundaries in terms of functionality, quality, and technology. Whilst the high-rise apartment sector undertakes a rest, he is currently focused on more industrial and boutique developments Perth and the South West.
Helen Wilson
Helen's career path has taken her through a rich mix of industries, giving her a fresh take on how spaces should work and feel.
She's done everything from running restaurants and boutique hotels to organising major events, designing boats, building luxury homes and working in South African tourism. All this diverse experience means Helen can tackle tricky spaces and turn them into something both beautiful and practical. Moving into interiors was a natural step for her, where she combines innovative ideas with spaces that are genuinely liveable.
